Ravalli Childcare Advantage (RCCA) provides access to shared services, professional development, substitute support, and valuable resources—all designed to streamline your operations and enhance the quality of care you provide.
Shared services include child care management software (such as Brightwheel), health benefit options for you and your employees, waitlist management to fill your spots faster, substitute staffing, and business support to help your child care facility run more efficiently.
With recent changes at the state level regarding STARS, we’re awaiting more details on what this will mean for providers. What we do know is that BELN will continue to support early childhood educators through one-on-one coaching, in-classroom support, and ongoing professional development opportunities eligible for ECP credits. We’re here to partner with your team to enhance quality standards, improve your quality rating, and assist with reimbursement opportunities as they become available.
As of right now, the cost is completely free for providers. We are looking at adding on services available, such as payroll and bookkeeping, that may have a slight fee associated with that.
