Donated items help BELN provide the resources, materials, and everyday essentials that support our programs and the children, families, and educators we serve. We welcome a variety of new and gently used items and appreciate the many ways our community helps us meet the needs of our programs.
Whether you have something specific from our wish list or an item you think could benefit BELN, we encourage you to reach out. Your generosity helps us create meaningful learning environments and opportunities for children throughout our community.

If you’re unsure whether we can accept an item, please contact our Executive Director, Ella at ella@beln.org before bringing it in. We’d be happy to help determine whether it could be useful to BELN.
Items We Cannot Accept
We appreciate every offer to donate, but there are some items we cannot safely or appropriately accept.
We cannot accept:
- Broken or damaged items
- Items that are heavily worn
- Recalled children’s products
- Items with missing or unsafe parts
How to Donate
Donating items is simple. Gather the items you’d like to donate and bring them to BELN’s Evergreen Saplings at 1009 South 5th St. in Hamilton.
Our needs are always evolving as our programs grow and our community’s needs change. If you have an item you’d like to donate that isn’t listed under current needs, please reach out to us. We’d be happy to help determine whether it could benefit BELN.
Every Donation Makes a Difference
Every donated item has the potential to become part of a child’s learning experience—a book that sparks their imagination, art supplies that encourage creativity, gardening tools that help them explore nature, or outdoor equipment that turns curiosity into discovery.
